These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Offsy, a desktop application for browsing Kafka topics and tailing Kafka messages.

Early access beta

Offsy is currently offered as early access beta software. Features may change, bugs may occur, and some functionality may be incomplete or unstable.

License

When you purchase Offsy, you receive a personal license to download and use the application. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the application package publicly without permission.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for using Offsy only with Kafka clusters and data that you are authorized to access. You are also responsible for protecting your Kafka credentials and connection data.

No warranty

Offsy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every Kafka setup.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offsy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions resulting from use of the software.

Refunds

Refund requests may be handled through LemonSqueezy according to the checkout and payment provider policies. If you experience problems with Offsy, please contact us first so we can help.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Offsy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
